Beginning Sewing: Quilt As You Go Placemat
Hurry up, only 8 items left in stock.
Date: Saturday, May 9th
Time: 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Number of Sessions: 1
Come learn an easy, scrap-friendly way to make quilted items - using the Quilt As You Go (QAYG) technique. In this session we'll make a placemat as we learn the QAYG technique and you'll leave the class with a one of a kind finished product. Participants will learn how to make a basic log cabin pattern, as well as experiment with some improv sewing. QAYG is a fun technique for using up all those fabric scraps left over from other projects, reducing waste while making useful gifts and home décor items to keep or share! QAYG is great for folks with all levels of sewing experience - from beginner to expert.
